Mamachula is fully equipped and also has a wet bar so all you need to do is bring your own drinks along with you..

It is important to remember that each trip on Mamachula is individually planned to suit your particular needs, therefore we suggest early contact is made with Matthew to enable him to fully understand your requirements. This will help us to arrange suitable timings and also enable us to can get everything ready to make the trip a truly memorable experience.

A really popular trip that is ideally suited for a full day leaves Prickly Bay heading west, rounding Point Salines and continuing up Grenada’s west coast towards St George’s. On the way we take you into both Mourne Rouge and Grand Anse Bays for a different view of the beaches. The trip continues on into the Lagoon and the Carenage at St George’s which is, regarded by many as the prettiest harbour in the Caribbean. From there we press on further north up the west coast past the cruise liner terminal and on to Moliniere Bay for the opportunity to snorkel above Jason de Caires Taylor’s sixty five world famous underwater sculptures.

Mamachula can then return down the west coast back to Mourne Rouge Bay, known locally as BBC beach where it is possible to anchor for swimming and that relaxing lunch.

Another alternative would be to continue back down and along the south coast of Grenada passing both Prickly and Mount Hartman Bays, and then anchoring close in to Hog Island and swimming ashore for a beach BBQ.

On a shorter half day trip we can do much the same reaching as far as St George’s and also find time to fit in one shorter stop for swimming and snorkeling.

Sunset cruises are taken off the west coast of the island and can venture up as far as Grand Anse for a relaxing end to the day watching the sun dip below the ocean. Don’t forget the champagne.

Windward also has an 11’ rib with 25hp out board which is available to guests to use for short trips across the bay to other nearby bars and the Calabash Hotel beach. Matthew will first ensure that any guests wishing to use it are competent and will gladly give any advice and safety training to those not familiar with small boats.
